Biography

 

Christopher McIntire

Born November 11, 1959, in Stephenville, Canada. BA 1981 Loyola Marymount University; JD 1985 Loyola Law School of Los Angeles (top 12%). Christopher McIntire was admitted to the bar in 1985 and is licensed to practice law before all of the courts of the State of California. Mr. McIntire is also admitted to practice law before the Federal Courts in the Southern District of California, Northern District of California, Central District of California, and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. McIntire has also sat as judge pro term for the San Bernadino Trial Courts.

Upon graduation in 1985, Christopher McIntire joined the full-service law firm of Sternberg, Eggers, Kidder & Fox in San Diego, California, where he engaged in complex product liability defense and business disputes.

With the permission of his employers, Mr. McIntire was permitted to gain appellate experience by representing indigent criminal defendants on appeal, which accounts for the published Court of Appeal Opinions involving criminal matters. After mentorship with Jim Sternberg, Christopher McIntire found his way to Big Bear Lake where he joined the practice of his father, Michael V. McIntire in 1990.

Since 1990, Christopher D. McIntire has provided quality and aggressive legal services to clientele located throughout Southern California and has conducted trials before the State and Federal Courts located in the counties of San Diego, Riverside, Orange, Los Angeles, San Bernadino, Indio, and San Jose.

Christopher McIntire died on October 22, 2021.
